Data Deletion Request - PuzzleIQ
Thank you for using PuzzleIQ. We take your privacy seriously and respect your right to have your data deleted.
What data will be deleted:
- Your account information and profile
- Your puzzle solving history and statistics
- Any submitted puzzles
- Prize draw enrollments
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Delete from within the app
- Open the PuzzleIQ app
- Go to Account Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down and click "Delete My Account"
- Confirm deletion
Option 2: Email us directly
Send an email to privacy@puzzleiq.com (or your support email) with:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your email address associated with the account
- Your Facebook User ID (if you logged in via Facebook)
Processing Time: Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
