1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using MyPuzzleIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MyPuzzleIQ is a brain training application that provides daily puzzles, challenges, and the opportunity to win prizes. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.

3. Subscription Terms

MyPuzzleIQ offers the following auto-renewing subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: $3.99 per month
• Annual Subscription: $24.99 per year

Premium features may include:

• Access to exclusive puzzles
• Ad-free experience
• Unlimited hints and solutions
• Additional prize draw entries
• Advanced statistics and tracking

4. Payment and Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (for iOS) or Google Play account (for Android) at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The renewal cost will be the same as your original subscription price unless we notify you of a price change

5. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MyPuzzleIQ
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → MyPuzzleIQ

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid subscription period.

6. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you will have access to premium features during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for a subscription.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All puzzles, graphics, text, and other content in MyPuzzleIQ are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, add, or remove content at any time
• Update puzzle difficulty or categories
• Change premium features and offerings

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit puzzles, quotes, or other content through the App:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your submissions
• You represent that you own or have rights to the content submitted
• You agree not to submit content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates any laws
• We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any user-generated content

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security
• Share accounts or subscription access
• Submit spam, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage

11. Prizes and Contests

Prize draws and contests are subject to additional terms and conditions:

• Prize availability and value may vary
• Winners will be notified via email or in-app notification
• You must provide accurate shipping information to receive physical prizes
• We are not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in transit
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value

12. Privacy

Your use of MyPuzzleIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Disclaimers

MyPuzzleIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the App will meet your specific requirements
• The accuracy or reliability of puzzle content
• That all bugs or errors will be corrected

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:

• In-app notification
• Email to your registered address
• Update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MyPuzzleIQ at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Use
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, your subscription will be cancelled and you will lose access to premium features.

17. Governing Law
