How do I start my free trial?
To start your 7-day free trial:
- Open MyPuzzleIQ and tap "Upgrade to Premium"
- Select your preferred plan (monthly or annual)
- Confirm your purchase through the App Store or Google Play
- You won't be charged during the 7-day trial period
- Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone/iPad:
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select MyPuzzleIQ from the list
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
On Android:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap the menu icon (three lines) â "Subscriptions"
- Select MyPuzzleIQ
- Tap "Cancel subscription"
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to premium features until then.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
If you've subscribed to MyPuzzleIQ Premium and switched to a new device:
- Install MyPuzzleIQ on your new device
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) that you used to purchase the subscription
- Open the app and go to Settings or your Profile
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
- Your Premium access will be restored automatically
I'm having technical issues. What should I do?
If you're experiencing problems with the app, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Close the app completely and reopen it
- Check for app updates in the App Store or Google Play Store
- Restart your device
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection
- Check that you have the latest version of iOS/Android
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (your progress will be saved if you're signed in)

How do the prize draws work?
MyPuzzleIQ offers monthly prize draws for our community:
- Solve puzzles to automatically earn points
- Premium members receive entries into monthly prize draws based on their activity
- Free users can also participate with limited entries
- Winners are selected randomly at the end of each month or when the maximum number of draw participants is reached
- Winners are notified via email and in-app notification
- Prize values and availability may vary each month
Can I submit my own puzzles?
Yes! Premium members can submit custom puzzles:
- Go to the "Submit" section in the app
- Choose "Submit a Puzzle"
- Enter your puzzle question and answer
- Select the difficulty level and category
- Submit for review
Our team reviews all submissions. The best puzzles are featured for the entire MyPuzzleIQ community to enjoy! You'll be notified if your puzzle is accepted.
What types of puzzles are included?
MyPuzzleIQ offers over 12,000 puzzles across three main categories:
- Text Puzzles: Logic puzzles, riddles, reasoning challenges, and word-based brain teasers
- Multiple Choice: Trivia questions covering math, science, history, general knowledge, and current events
- Visual Puzzles: Pattern recognition, spatial reasoning, and image-based challenges
New puzzles are added regularly to keep the experience fresh and engaging!
What's included in the Premium subscription?
Premium members get access to:
- Unlimited puzzle solving (free users have daily limits)
- All puzzle types (text, visual, and multiple choice)
- Ad-free experience
- Monthly prize draw entries
- Ability to submit your own puzzles and motivational quotes
- Advanced statistics and progress tracking
- Priority customer support
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google, depending on your platform:
For iOS purchases:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your MyPuzzleIQ purchase
- Select "Request a refund" and choose a reason
For Android purchases:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
- Find MyPuzzleIQ and select it
- Click "Request a refund"
Please note: We (MyPuzzleIQ) do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. All refund requests must go through Apple or Google.
