How do I start my free trial?

To start your 7-day free trial:

  1. Open MyPuzzleIQ and tap "Upgrade to Premium"
  2. Select your preferred plan (monthly or annual)
  3. Confirm your purchase through the App Store or Google Play
  4. You won't be charged during the 7-day trial period
  5. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone/iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select MyPuzzleIQ from the list
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

On Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) → "Subscriptions"
  3. Select MyPuzzleIQ
  4. Tap "Cancel subscription"

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to premium features until then.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

If you've subscribed to MyPuzzleIQ Premium and switched to a new device:

  1. Install MyPuzzleIQ on your new device
  2. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) that you used to purchase the subscription
  3. Open the app and go to Settings or your Profile
  4. Tap "Restore Purchases"
  5. Your Premium access will be restored automatically

If you're experiencing problems with the app, try these troubleshooting steps:

Our team reviews all submissions. The best puzzles are featured for the entire MyPuzzleIQ community to enjoy! You'll be notified if your puzzle is accepted.
